Most people benefit from a series of sessions to create lasting change.

You can choose:

6 sessions: £340 (discount applies if you would like to pay upfront)
10 sessions: £550 (discount applies if you would like to pay upfront)
OR £60 per session for clients booking before valid date (valid until 16th July'26)

We will decide together what feels appropriate after your initial session.

If you are looking for a shared experience, I also offer group sessions:
