We take a deep dive into what is affecting you and give you the tools to function in every day life. With the support of our nature based environment breathwork on land and in warm water, our small equine herd (no experience needed), the plant medicine Cacao, Meditation and Mindfulness we work to firstly calm down the over whelmed nervous system. Once we have your body and mind calmer, we look at the true essence of you and who you would like to show up as. This work is life changing and I would love to help you find a better way.
